An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company (stock code: AAA) has changed the reason and purpose of the record date which was adopted by the Board resolution dated July 29, 2020 as follows:

−        Record date: August 10, 2020;

−        Initial reason and purpose: to determine a shareholder list for collecting shareholders’ written opinions;  

−        Adjusted reason and purpose: to determine a shareholder list for convening an extraordinary general meeting.
