VPI: BOD approved the private bond issuance

According to Board Resolution dated July 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) approved the plan to issue bonds with total issue value to VND 200,000,000,000 (Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured, no warrants) and time for maturity to 2022.
