Dividend pay-out ratio:           23%/ par value (VND2,300/ share)

Payment date:                          August 25, 2020

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company as from August 25, 2020.
