QCG: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on June 30, 2020, as follows:
Article 1: Approving the audited consolidated financial statements in 2019.
Article 2: Approving the profit distribution plan for 2019.
Article 3: Approving the business plan for 2020.
- Net revenue: 900 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 100 billion dongs
Article 4: Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose an audit firm for auditing QCG's financial statements in 2020.
Article 5: Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020.
Article 6: Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Hieu as Member of the Board of Directors.
Article 7: Approving the policy on investment, M&A in real estate projects.
Article 8: Approving the policy on signing contracts and deals with the value equal to or more than 35% of total assets of the Company in the latest audited financial statements.
