 On June 30, 2020, Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      The BOD decided the resignation of Mr. Tran Dinh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 01, 2020.

2)      The BOD decided the appointment of Mr. Huynh Duc Thong – member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 01, 2020.
