PHC: Decreasing the ownership ratio at My Xuan Housing
Based on the Board resolution No.03 dated July 16, 2020 approving the decrease of the ownership ratio of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company (PHC) in My Xuan Ha Noi Housing Joint Stock Company (My Xuan Housing) from 79% down to 31.6%. Accordingly, My Xuan Housing will become an associated company of PHC.
