JVC: JVC allowed to extend the time to hold AGM

     On July 02, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City issued a document allowing Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC) to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the company will take place the Annual General Meeting before September 30, 2020.
