IBSC: BOD approved a report on the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019

    The Board resolution dated July 16, 2020, the BOD of IB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders as follows:

-        Number of distributed shares: 11,610,337 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 1,411 shareholders

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        Transfer restriction: none

-        Number of current shares on July 16, 2020: 127,718,975 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 127,718,975 shares

+ Number of treasury shares:  0 share.

-        Charter capital after the issuance: VND 1,277,189,750,000

-        Expected trading date: August 2020.
