HVH: SSC allows HVH to issue shares to pay dividend

HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company received an official document dated July 23, 2020 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam. Accordingly, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam allowed HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Companyto issue new shares to pay dividend.
