HPX: Decision on tax penalties

Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City dated June 30, 2020 regarding tax penalties as follows:

-          Penalty (subsection 4254): 2,100,000 dongs 

-          VAT arrears for 2019 (subsection 1701): 3,722,291 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears for 2019 (subsection 1053): 1,418,172,999 dongs  

-          Late payment amount (subsection 4931): 180,903 dongs

-          Late payment amount (subsection 4918): 41,122,162 dongs.
