GAS: Seeking shareholders’ approval

PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (short name: PVGas) will send ballots to its shareholders to vote for allowing PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation to list and pay the entire price difference to the State budget for the amount of gas in consumption by PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation selling to the electricity generation from March 20, 2019.
