CLW: Board resolution on clean water wholesale contract

Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company (CLW) announces the Board resolution dated July 15, 2020 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved the 2020 clean water wholesale contract between Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company and Saigon Water Corporation, for a temporary price of 6,027.77 dongs/m3.

-          The Board of Directors unanimously chosen  Vietland Auditing – Consulting Company Limited as the firm auditing CLW’s financial statements in 2020.
