Vinpearl Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 08, 2020 as follows:

            The Board of Directors of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company decided to use some assets such as real estates and the assets owned by the Company to ensure the obligations related to the corporate bonds issued by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company in 2020.
