VICS: BOD approved the contents of AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated June 08, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation approved the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2020 with the following details:

1)      Invitation to convene the Annual General Meeting 2020;

2)      Report on the BOD activities in 2019;

3)      Report from the Supervisory Board in 2019;

4)      Report on the business result in 2019 and plan for 2020

5)      Proposal on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
