UDC: UDC was late in the disclosure of annual report 2019

On April 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited separate and consolidated financial statements by Urban Development and Construction Corporation (stock code: UDC). On June 03, 2020, HOSE received the 2019 annual report from the Company.

Pursuant to Article 8.2 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, “A public company must prepare an annual report in accordance with Appendix 4 and disclose such report no later than twenty (20) days from the date of disclosure of the audited annual financial statements, but not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days from the end of a financial year”, the Company was late in the disclosure of annual report 2019.   

Therefore, HOSE reminds and asks Urban Development and Construction Corporation to strictly comply with the regulations to ensure the rights of shareholders.
