QCG: Decreasing contributed capital at Quoc Cuong Thuan An

The Board resolution dated June 02, 2020, the BOD Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCG) agreed to decrease the charter capital in Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the contributed capital decreased by VND 144,950,000,000 (based on par value), equivalent to 14,495,000 shares because it did not contribute enough registered shares to buy.

Total contributed capital of QCG at Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company after the decrease: VND 110,050,000,000 = 11,005,000 shares, equivalent to 31% charter capital.

Charter capital of Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company after the decrease: VND 355,050,000,000.
