NOTICE ON TRADING SYSTEM OUTAGE ON 9^th JUNE 2020

Hochiminh Stock Exchange has been experiencing a technical problem with the Trading system on 9^th June 2020 as follows:

1. Issue: the Trading system has been experiencing a technical problem since 14:45, 9^th June 2020, during the Pre-closing session, which led to closing prices could not be determined.
2. Impacts: except for the put-through transactions, all order-matching transactions of Pre-closing session were affected. Closing prices could not be determined.
3. Cause: under investigation
4. Resolutions: shall be updated as soon as possible

According to Point a, Clause 1, Article 4 of the Circular No. 203/2015/TT-BTC dated on 21 December 2015 of the Ministry of Finance, providing guidelines on the stock market trading; Point a, Clause 1, Article 5 – Regulations on securities trading at the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued together with Decision No.66 / QD-SGDHCM dated on 2 March 2018, Hochiminh Stock Exchange decides:

1. To suspend trading and cease Pre- closing session that determine closing prices on 9th June 2020
2. The closing price of all stocks on 9th June 2020 shall be the last executed price of the day.
