Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Ho Minh Quang was appointed as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from June 18, 2020.

-          Mr. Vo Hoang Vu was appointed as a member of the BODs cum CEO in the term 2020-2025 as from June 18, 2020.

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhi was appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025 as from June 18, 2020.
