LCM: The first AGM of 2020 is unsuccessful The first Annual General Meeting of 2020 of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company was organized on May 27, 2020. However, there were only 05 shareholders attending the meeting, equivalent to 4,938,557 shares, accounting for 20.05% of the voting shares. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting 2020 was not successful.
