On June 11, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.313/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (HTT):

-       Delisting volume                 : 20,000,000 shares

-       Delisting value                    : VND200,000,000,000

-       Effective delisting date          : June 18, 2020

-       Reason: The auditing company rejected to give opinions about the 2019 financial statements of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company. This is a case of mandatory delisting as defined at Point h, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP and Clause 1.8, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
