Hoa Sen Group announces the buyback of shares from its ex-employees, who participated in the 2017 ESOP, as follows:

-       Number of treasury shares before trading: 245,900 shares

-       Number of shares registered for repurchase: 41,200 shares

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

-       Trading period: from June 25, 2020 to July 24, 2020

-       Trading method: to transfer the ownership via the Vietnam Securities Depository

-       Buying price: VND10,000/share

-       Agent for buyback: MB Securities Joint Stock Company.
