According to Board Resolution No.2905/20 dated May 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the plan for issuing bonds via a private placement in 2020 as follows:

−        New information: Bond term: 18 months.
