GVR: Completing the stake transfer in an associated company

On June 17, 2020, Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company (stock code: GVR) completed the transfer of 1,680,000 shares of Rubber Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, decreasing the direct and indirect ownership ratios of Viet Nam Rubber Group to 0 shares. Therefore, Rubber Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated of Viet Nam Rubber Group.
