FUCTVGF2: Resolution on the AGM 2020

Thien Viet Growth Fund (FUCTVGF2) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 dated June 23, 2020 with the following contents:

1. Approving the fund representative activities report in 2019 and plan for 2020.
2. Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
3. Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
4. Approving the cost and remuneration of the fund representative Board in 2020: 75,000,000 dongs.
5. Approving no implementing to distribute the 2019 revenue.
