On June 18, 2020, HOSE issued a decision to allow FPT Corporation (securities code: FPT) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 681,750,478 shares

-        Additional volume: 102,237,008 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 1,022,370,080,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 783,987,486 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 7,839,874,860,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: June 22, 2020

-        Reason for the change: to issue shares for dividend payment.
