CRE: List of members of BOD for the term 2018 - 2023

Century Land Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 12, 2020 regarding the approval of the list of members of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023 as follows:

1)      Approving the additional election of Mrs. Chu Huu Chien as member of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023.

2)      Approving the list of members of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023:

-          Mr. Nguyen Trung Vu:                 Chairman of BOD;

-          Mr. Pham Thanh Hung:                Deputy chairman of BOD;

-          Mr. Nguyen Duc Vui:                   Independent member of BOD;
