Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 16, 2020 approving the personnel change as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Le Van Nghia.

2)      The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Van Thoai as Chairman of BOD as from June 16, 2020.
