Pursuant to the Document No. 1161/VTP-VPHDQT dated 29/04/2020 of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:

Reason for cancellation: Due to prevention of Covid-19 inflection
