Pursuant to the Document No. 1900/TB-CTY dated 6th May 2020 of Vissan Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13st March 2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid – 19 pandemic
