VICS: VICS placed under a warning

On May 15, 2020, the State Securities Commission issued Decision No.349/QD-UBCK to place Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation (VICS) under a warning pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 13, Circular No.87/2017/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2017 by the Minister of Ministry of Finance regarding the prudential requirements applicable to securities business organizations and measures for non-compliance.
