TVH: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 220/2020/TB-DSCD dated 12th May 2020 of Construction consultation Joint Stock Company for Maritime Building regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 3rd April 2020
Reason for cancellation: the company changed their plan for organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders 2020
