TSC: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated May 08, 2020, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

1. Approving to cancel the record date (March 19, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.
2. Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Record date: May 28, 2020

-       Meeting date: expected in June 19, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Floor 5^th, Times Towers, HACC1 Complex, 35 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

-       Content:

• Approving the business result in 2019;
• Approving the business plan in 2020;
• Other issues.
