TRC: Cancelling the record date & holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated May 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (April 03, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

2)      Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: May 26, 2020

-          Meeting time: expected in June 16, 2020

-          Meeting venue: Highway 22B, Da Hang hamlet, Hiep Thanh Commune, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province.
