TNI: BOD approved the record date to hold AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated May 06 2020, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company approved the record date to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting as follows:

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Record date: May 26, 2020

-       Meeting date: expected in June 10, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Notice later.

-       Content:

• Report on the BOD and Supervisory Board activities in 2019;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2019 and the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the plan for profit distribution and dividend payment in 2019;
• Approving the business plan and dividend payment in 2020;
• Approving the plan for the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Approving that the Chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Approving the appointment to replace members of BOD and Supervisory Board;
