SP2: Cancellation of record date for annual general meeting of shareholders 2020

Pursuant to the No. 76/SP2-VP dated 07th May 2020 of SuPan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 24th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid – 19 pandemic, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting
