PSI: Cancellation of record list for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 388a/CKDK-QLNV dated 06th May 2020 of PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 15/04/2020. Reason for cancellation: Covid - 19 epidemic.
