Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) announces the estimated record date to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-      The estimated record date: May 27, 2020               

-      Purpose: to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-      The estimated meeting date: 8:00am, Saturday, June 20, 2020       

-      If the first annual general meeting is not successful, the next meeting will be convened as follows:

• The estimated time for the second meeting: 8:00am, Saturday, July 18, 2020
• The estimated time for the third meeting: 8:00am, Monday, August 03, 2020
