LDW: ​Cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting

 
Pursuant to the Document No. 04/TB-HDQT dated 18th May 2020 of Lam Dong Water Supply And Sewerage Company Ltd regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 07th April 2020
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
