KOS: KOS reminded of late disclosure of explanation On April 13, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited financial statements and the explanation document on the variation of business performance in 2019 compared to 2018 by Kosy Joint Stock Company (KOS).
On April 21, 2020, HOSE continued received an additional explanation for the decrease in profit after tax in 2019 compared to the financial statement for Quarter 4.
Pursuant to Point 4.c of Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015: “When a listing organization or a large-scale public company discloses information about the financial statements stated in clauses 1, 2 and 3 of this article, it must also explain the reason(s) upon occurrence: The accumulated data and results of business activities from the beginning of the year in the report on results of business activities in the financial statements for the second quarter already disclosed in comparison with the verified semi-annual financial statements; or in the financial statements for the fourth quarter already disclosed in comparison with the audited annual financial statements show a difference of five (5) per cent or more; or loss is changed into profit or vice versa.”, the Company has not disclosed enough information and explanation for the data fluctuation in the 2019 audited financial statements.
Therefore, HOSE asks Kosy Joint Stock Company to strictly comply with current regulations to ensure the rights of shareholders and explain the reasons by May 11, 2020. HOSE
