KBC: Board resolution on transactions with a related party

On May 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved a partial business cooperation plan in Quang Chau Industrial Park Project with Saigon- Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation as follows:

-          Location: Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Giang Province

-          Cooperation area: 93.5 hectares

-          Capital contribution ratio: The Company will invest up to VND300 billion and not exceed 80% of the total investment expense of the project.
