IBC: IBC asks for the cancellation of record date to hold AGM 2020

On May 12, 2020, Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company sent an Official Document to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) to ask the cancellation of record date (May 05, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020.

     Reason: The Company needs to have more time to prepare the documents for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020.
