HID: BOD resolution on raising the ownership ratio at subsidiary

On May 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to raise the ownership ratio at CENWINDCO by buying shares from existing shareholders. Details are as follows:

-          Expected purchase volume: 779,275 shares

-          Expected owning ratio after trading: 60% charter capital

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 2 of 2020 or Quarter 3 of 2020.
