GEX: Board resolution on issuing 700 billion dongs of bonds

According to Board Resolution No.19/2020 dated May 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) approved the 2020 private placement of bonds with the total par value of 700 billion dongs.
