FPTS: Decision on approving the record date On May 04, 2020, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the record date for 2019 cash dividend and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:
- Record date: May 21, 2020
1) To pay cash dividend for 2019:
- Exercise ratio: 05% (500 dongs/share)
- Payment date: June 25, 2020
2) Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares).
- Number of outstanding shares: 120,243,389 shares
- Expected issue volume: 12,024,405 shares
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Total value (based on par value): VND 120,244,050,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: Shareholders who own 189 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 189 * 10/100 = 18.9 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder receives 18 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.9 will be cancelled. HOSE
