DT4: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 202/CV-ĐTNĐ4 dated 27th April 2020 of Inland waterways management and maintenance joint stock company no 4 regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 12th March 2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid – 19 pandemic, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
