AME: ​Cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the Document No. 634/CBTT-AME dated 19th May 2020 of Alphanam E&C JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 31/03/2020
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
