VPS: BOD approved to change the time to hold AGM 2020

    Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the BOD of Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company approved to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 until June 30, 2020.

     Therefore, the company expected to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-       Record date: will propose to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) on June 01, 2020

-       Meeting time: expected in June 24, 2020

-       Meeting venue: 96 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, district 1, Hochiminh.
