VPH: Personnel change

Based on the Board resolution dated March 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Vo Anh Tuan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative as from April 01, 2020. Accordingly, Mr. Truong Anh Tuan will hold the position as Chairman of BOD.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Truong Thanh Nhan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative as from April 01, 2020.
