On April 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.649/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for collecting written opinions of shareholders of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNG) as follows:

-       Ex-right date: May 04, 2020

-       Record date: May 05, 2020

-       Purpose: to collect written opinions of shareholders

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: in May 2020

-       Place of implementation: 512 Ly Thuong Kiet, ward 7, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

-       Voting content: to use the capital surplus to decrease the cumulated loss in the separate and/or consolidated financial statements (if any).
