The Board of Directors approved the signing of services agreements with I.P.A Investments Group Joint Stock Company in 2020 including the consulting and issue agent agreements; the subcription, depository and payment agent agrements. Of which, I.P.A Investments Group Joint Stock Company is an issuer.
